Deleting your account and data

You can permanently delete your Sowlif account at any time, from inside the app , no need to email us.

    Open the app and go to Settings.

    Choose Account, then Delete account.

    Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and your data is deleted within the periods set out in our Privacy Policy.

Important: Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Turn off Sowlif Plus renewal in your App Store or Google Play settings before deleting, so you aren't charged again.

If you can't access your account, email us at support@dardesh.xyz from the address linked to the account and we'll help you delete it.

Frequently asked questions

Is Sowlif free?
Yes , downloading Sowlif and using its core features is completely free. An optional subscription called Sowlif Plus adds daily Super Likes, monthly coins, country filters, a VIP frame and an ad-free experience. Coins can also be bought separately in the app.
Can anyone message me?
No. A chat only opens after you accept a friend request. That's the core idea behind Sowlif: every connection starts with your consent.
How do I cancel Sowlif Plus?
Subscriptions are managed by your app store, not by Sowlif directly:
  • iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Sowlif → Cancel Subscription.
  • Android: Google Play app → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Sowlif → Cancel.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid auto-renewal.

Can I get a refund for a subscription or coins?
All payments go through Apple or Google, and refunds are governed by their policies. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Google Play. We can't process refunds on their behalf, but we're happy to help with any technical issue.
How do I report an abusive user?
Open the profile or chat and choose Report or Block. We review reports and take action up to and including a permanent ban. For urgent cases, email report@sowlif.app.
What's the minimum age?
Sowlif is for people aged 18 and over. Accounts found to belong to anyone under that age are deleted. See our Terms of Use.
I forgot how I signed in , what now?
Sowlif uses Google or Apple sign-in, so there's no Sowlif password. Try both methods with the same email address , and if that doesn't work, write to us and we'll help.
